aku da 40 thn laaa...

huhu. da lame jejari runcing ak nih x menaip *padehal jari gemuk..runcing la sgt kannn.. haha... ak nih bwat blog sbb bosan.... jadik bile x bosan x de laa ak nk menulis hahaha.... owh da lame x tulis dlm bm... arituh saje jee nk improve kan English ak laa kekononnye semgt... sbb nk holiday dgn parents angkat abah dari US... hahaa......itu laa pasalnye... hehe...

umo ak da 40 thn daa.... ini mmg betol...tiada yang benar melainkan yg benar2 belaka..arituh...kawan adek ak dtg rumah... dye nih mamat yang jual herbal life... ak nih kan ala2 x mudah terpengaruh dgn salesman kann... *kononnye laa... pastuh... adek ak hasut laa ak try check berat... ak pon mls laa kann kalo stkt berat tuh... heleh... ak pon tau ak nih berat x yah  heran laa kann... pastuh adek tunjuk laa.. yg penimbang tuh bole kirekan lemak dlm bdn and bnyk lagi laa.. n umo dalaman... n umo adek ak 28 thn.. hahaha.... so... ak pon sbb bajet dyorg lg mude dari ak kann..so ape nk malu...try laa... hamek ko umo dalaman ak 40 thn..*pengsan

ak mmg ade plan nk kuruskan badan.... tp biase laa... mak ak asek msk je mmnjg... ak pon mknlaaa... ak pulak x sampai hati kalo mknn x abes... mesti ak dgn sukerelaa abeskan mknn tuh...sbb ak sendiri pon x suke bile ak masak x abes... pastuh buangg... mmg ak gantung je kuali tuh karang buat hiasan... hishh... jadik si mamat berdue nih tlh cube la convinced ak utk amek herbal life....  ak memule cm x nk je... tp mak ak mcm nk jadikan ak mangse je... dye suro ak amek... tp ak rase ok laa jugak kot.. sbb ade coach... i mean coach tuh akan pantau berat kite weekly... n dyorg kol or mesej ko everyday.. ak rase kalo bole dyorg nk pndh msk rumah ko nk tgk ko mkn ape...tanye mkn ape... bape liter air minum... amek x air herbal life tuh.. mkn sayur bnyk x n blaa blaa....

stkt nih ak mcm sukses jugak laa.. ari senin nih dyorg da nk timbang berat ak... huhu... tips penting utk turun berat jgn timbang hari2... hehe... nnti ko rase nk mkn bile berat ko turun lagi satu bnykkan minum air.. pastuh  ak lari laaa atas trackmill jugak hari2... utk tlg bdn ak burnkan dalam 400 kalori sehari... actually badan ak nih ok jee... dye even burnkan kalo lagi bnyk dari normal women age ak.. 1400 lebeyh.... suppose to be 1100... tp ak mmg lebeyh makan laa kannn... lagi satu 36% badan ak nih adelah LEMAK... huhu...bahaye... patutnye 28% n below... dyorg ckp kalo  sampai 40% mungkin period ak kacau n mungkin ak akan susah mengandung... so.. mmg kene jage laa kann... x bole memaen daa.. kalo nk mati cpt bole laa kot..haha

so dgn bantuan coach2 ak yg kacak dan hensem nih.. ak target nk turnkan brt bdn ak kpd 60 kilo.. turun 10 kilo dlm mase 2 bulann *mampu ke??... hehe.. sbb kalo turun bnyk sgt sampai 50 lebeyh... badan ak mmg jadik papan laa... sbb aku kan tinggi cm zirafah gitu... x sesuwaaiii... kurus sgt nih... kalo ak nk runway model bolelaa... haha... belom kurus ckp da bnyk... papepon doakan laa ak kurus...ak nk sgt kurus... ak nk sgt umo dlmn ak jadik mude... hehe... tp arinih ak da terlanggr siket laa.. sbb mak ak ajk ak gi burger king.. tp ak minum skit jeee air gas...pastu ak amek burger tuh single tauuu selalu ak amek double kot...huh.. mmg esok ak kene lari lagi bnyk laa kannn... mati denn... 

dah laa abes sesi luahkan perasann... hahaa.... owh result ak dear diary keluar arini... Alhamdulillah dpt DL lagik...n kwn2 ak pon result dyorg alhamdulillah...haha dyorg bkn tau ak ade blog... ak cm x ready nk btau dyorg ak ade blog.. mampus ak kene nganjing... family ak pon tatau ak ade blog... x pe laa... ak suke kot camni... privasi siket... ak nk menggile pon senang hahaks...ak tatau laa sem dpn cmne... dok kb tuh...sedeyhh...

da la rumah buruk... hampe... library kecik.. gym pon x de... cmne ak nk teruskan program kurus ak nih.. diet mkn tuh ok laaa...ak nk kurus ak  nk kurus ak nk kurussss giler dahhh.... hope sem dpn ok laa kann... ak pon da smgt nk blaja sbb nk kalahkan kelas lagi satu... hehe.... ak mmg x suke nih lecturer lagi suke kls lagi satu dari kls ak... x sukee... dulu ktrog tunggal ... skrg kene kongsi kasih.... hahaha.... make kene laa fightt.... ahaksss....huh rindu laak ak nk merempit dgn kelisa ak tuh.... CIK Kelly nnti i dtg ea... huh da bnyk ak merepek da nih... ok byee... diary...

cuti-cuti malaysia part 2

 next.. from previous entry, we went to Kuala Gandah... and it is FREE...hehe...yeahh.. we do like free things right.....this is the home for the homeless elephant....for more info click this....at this place we can ride the elephant and also shower them... but....they limit the number of visitor that can do these activities with the elephant.... *ye laa kalo semua da nk mandikan gajah tuh nak naek atas dye pengsan laa...hehe... so... let's the pictures do the talk...

then, we went to deerland....hehe....this one is not free.... it was about rm 6 per entry... if i was not mistaken.... but it was cheap... so never mind... hehe...since i just want to finish this entry fast... so... let's the pictures do the talk...

after that, food hunting... hahaa.... ok not important but since the money had so much balance we spend it to eat the king of the fruits DURIAN...yeahh... it was in season at that time....

in total the money that we had spend is only RM 50.. hehe.... yeahh we safe a lot... certainly, we are accountants of course we are able to manage our money well.. hukhuk.. and the balance of the money we spend it at funfair in Jengka.... yeahh..

last but not least.... enjoy our performance... hakhak...*tet tet... tp x jadikla... haha...x sesuai untuk tontonan umum.. hahaks maybe next time...

cepat serik

yer... itu mmg aku especially bile dlm hal yg melibatkan kasih sayang... x semestinya untuk cinta... tapi untuk kawan dan apa2 untuk perhubungan.... ak x kasik ko msk semang pula dlm hidup ak mcm dulu wahai kawan bukan kerana ak membenci... tp kerana serik... dan ak x mahu membenci, ak penat... ak x mahu bermusuh.. hidup bukannya lama... dan aku bukanlah manusia yang sabar.. sabar dengan segala kerenah ko... dulu.. ak pernah menjadi seorang yang sabar....untuk kau... tapi....sabar aku tidaklah seperti Nabi Muhammad... sangat sabar.. aku manusia biasa.... masa kite bergaduh dulu.. hati aku sakit... sakit sgt... sbb mgkin ak sayang ko kawan... tp... ak rasa cukuplah... sebab ak x mahu ia berulang lagi... ak hulurkan maaf mahu hentikan permusuhan bukan menjadikan orang yang penting dalam hidup ak mcm satu ketika dulu.... sori kalo ko terluka sebab aku membina sempadan dalam persahabatan kita... ak serik... kerana sakitnya bile sayang seseorang sebagai kawan baik dan apabila bergaduh sangat pedih...mmg aku serik... 

Cuti-cuti Malaysia 1

yeah... Malaysia is well known for the beauty of it nature... that make us so resourceful... so... we had petroleum, timah (can't think right now what is i English... hehe...) yeah... we had a beautiful country.... so... for holiday there is no need for us to spend it abroad ok..

BUDGET TRIP TO PAHANG

i was doing my diploma in Pahang.... yeah.... and what i like most when i was diploma was my classmates... yeeehaaa... most of them was kaki jalan.. so every sem.... when the new sem start we will wreck our mind to think what is our destination for this sem... yeahhh the main factor that would be take into account is the budget...yeah... it must be cheap but yet fun...  i think because we are accountants so tend to be quite calculative when it was about money....hurmmm no denial ok.... 

my classmates.... i miss them a lot...

so... we had went to Gambang Water Park on the previous sem... for the 3rd sem we decided to choose a place that back to nature basis.. haha... with the help of ain one of my classmate we plan to go to Lata Jarum, Raub....yeahh it is at Raub, Pahang....after surveying a few places on the internet....we had found places to go which was cheap for our trip...

1. Lata Jarum
2. Homestay Sungai Pasu
3. Kuala Gandah
4. Deer Land

so... we collect about RM 70 per person.... and before the trip most of my classmates fasting haha....just for the trip we are willing to sacrifice it all... but it was worthwhile experience....because it was cheap but yet it was fun...

since we had arrive early... we had a good spot... to make bbq... the food are sandwiches that the girls made early in the  morning, sausage, rice, chicken & ikan talapia (fresh punye)... and the bbq sauce was extremely delicious.... ain mmg hebat...

next....we spent quite a whole day here... we packed at 3.00 pm... haha... and at that time we were really full... yeah full so we need to find place to sleep... Ain had found a homestay... Homestay Sg Pasu... it was very cheap... RM 40 per night so... we had book 3 rooms... the homestay was nice... and we like it.. haha...

after we had perform our prayer... we went for fishing.... it was my first experience so i was eager... and over excited haha...

after a long wait i managed to get a fish... but i didn't know the name of the fish... faiz had mentioned it but i couldn't recall it... so excited.... since it was the first time and i manage to get fish... whoaah i think i can make this as my hobby .... it was exciting.. but .. x de geng laa...

since that homestay was just open that night was the opening night and that the opening would be done by ADUN Ulu Dong if i am not mistaken... hehe...  yeah..... beside the VVIP we also became the VIP... but we did not prepare anything for them because we just knew it a few hours before we arrived....and yes... we are the first visitor of this homestay... haha..tq to all the villagers for giving us a VVIP treatment....

after the ceremony had settle... we had a bbq once again....this time...sate...yeah we gain a lot of weight from this trip....

okay.... this is only part1... i will continue later about... deerland and kuala gandah.....

p/S can't wait to go to Penang this weekend...hehe...
